All jobs are priced based on size, material costs, type of service, materials needed, and the job scope. We provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins.
What are your service areas?
Our main office is in Palm Beach County, FL. We service a wide area, reaching as far as the Treasure Coast down to Broward and Miami, including nearby suburbs.
How long will the service take?
It depends on the job size. A typical roof or pool deck job can take about one to two hours. A full house wash might take a couple of hours or more.
How long will my property stay clean?
Roofs can stay clean for up to three years, longer if a sealer is applied. For ground surfaces, it depends on traffic, surrounding foliage, and if a sealer is used.
Do you have a membership?
We offer packages that can save you 30% on routine cleanings. A card must be on file to participate.
